Jerry Atkins is a founding partner of Atkins & Breskin and a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record of success. Over the course of his career, he has served as principal on more than one hundred real estate transactions, bringing a strategic, results-oriented approach to every deal.

Jerry holds an MD from New York University Medical School and a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers University. His background in medicine and science provides him with a distinct analytical perspective, enabling him to assess risks and opportunities with precision and insight.

Jerry’s extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s reputation for excellence and integrity in real estate investment and development.

STEPHEN BRESKIN

Founding Partner

Stephen Breskin is a founding partner of Atkins & Breskin, bringing a unique blend of analytical expertise and clinical insight to the firm. With a PhD and MS in Clinical Psychology from City University of New York and a BA in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Stephen leverages his diverse academic background to drive strategic decision-making and comprehensive analysis across the firm’s operations.

His multidisciplinary education empowers him to approach complex challenges with a balanced perspective, combining quantitative analysis with a deep understanding of human behavior. Stephen’s leadership continues to shape the firm’s strategic direction and commitment to excellence.

TANIESHA SAVERY

Operations & Strategic Growth Manager

Taniesha Savery has been a key member of the Atkins & Breskin team since 2016, contributing significantly to the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic development. Her responsibilities encompass finance, administration, and property management, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s diverse real estate portfolio.

With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and credentials as a Notary Public, Taniesha combines financial expertise with a commitment to operational excellence. Her multifaceted role supports the firm’s mission to identify and invest in emerging market properties and undervalued and underperforming assets in established markets.

THOMAS  BATTAGLIA

Operations & Business Development Manager

Thomas Battaglia has been vital to the Atkins & Breskin team since 2015. He oversees daily operations, manages financial tracking, and leads initiatives in client acquisition and business services. His strategic approach ensures the firm’s continued growth and operational efficiency.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. Before joining Atkins & Breskin, he gained valuable experience as a project manager in New Jersey, where he honed his skills in coordinating complex projects and driving business success
